PRAMESTHA CARRIAGE HOUSE

Development of mixed-use buildings supports the first action for this lifestyle township assuring the incorporation of human centric and environmental caring strategies to its implementation plan. This series of carriage-house buildings connects neighborhood center with residential development to the north and south, effectively creating activity nodes in this linear site. 

The valley effect of the site is appreciated through the use of openings and sensible massing bringing tropical architecture right back into its place within the lush mountainous landscape in Pramestha. Cultural landscape sensibility were reintroduced to this township through programming and site design that bring people to re-engage, reconnect, and be a part of transformative actions.
