PRAMESTHA CLUBHOUSE

As a community hub, this Clubhouse brings the community together and become the center of nature-inspired education programs, culinary offerings, and wellness center. 

The search for appropriate simulation of green living in high performing compact places require several layering of programs, spatial modeling, and brand positioning. If work/live place should accommodate current needs, then it is valuable to seek whether there is a balanced solution that can bring social, economic, and empowerment benefits.

People Centric Social Space Should Inform A New Model of Private Living Spaces

Most of the programming of live/work places started with the private living space. Instead, we envisioned social interaction in the shared spaces first before we formulate the private living space. This clubhouse becomes the center of community aspirations.

Go Against The Norm, We Start From Outside To Inside

With unique terrain, the 2 ha. site offers ability to transform challenges into opportunities. Series of outdoors connected to indoor spaces where exciting surprises and moment of silences can occur side by side, allow people to choose to hide or be exposed within a compact site. The beautiful outside informs the framed beauty inside.

Taking Cues From Nature, Translate Intuition Into Places

Nature offers cues on what we must protect and preserve. This approach, architectural placemaking, forced interior space design and correlating outdoor spaces to be in unified network of living spaces - extending the limited private spaces into generous outdoors and shared spaces.
