JOB-INCLUSIVE TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT

WALINI STATION TOD

Located in the rolling valley of legacy tea farm, this TOD offers central business district within the planned Kota Raya Walini. Keeping true to the physical characteristic of the site, the formulated development quantum is informed by the area carrying capacity and the desired end character.

Developing transit oriented development at this greenfield site requires seamless effort between programming, partners outreach, and early activation. Key to the success of this initiative is also the ability to bring urgency to the needed early investment while the high speed rail infrastructure is still being built. Bringing diversity in the formulated density is hoped to expedite movement of people; family and professionals.

Business excellence mapping and potential along with human capital plan and development bring sensible inclusivity to this changing region. Balancing between short and long term as well diversity of industries, the development strategy were still grounded on the core character of the region highlighting wellness as well as expanding agribusinesses.

Form Attractive Land Development Portfolio That Brings Diversity With Density
Considering both man-made and natural asset management needs, the TOD area is developed to have symbiotic relationship with the surrounding area. The planned high speed rail station will act as a magnet for excellence and patrons before distributing people and goods to the greater Kota Raya Walini (Walini City). Diversity is brought together with development density through the creation of vertical-tier industry and job creation system, starting from field workers all the way to top scientist and medical professionals.
