While growth pattern of both Bandung City and Bandung Regency meets at this juncture of tollway and existing train line connecting Jakarta to the east of Java island, Tegalluar Township response well to educational centers, legacy of textile industry and underperforming agriculture production ground around it to highlight knowledge-based economy by creating fully integrated fashion town industry.

Developing transit oriented development at this greenfield site requires seamless effort between programming, partners outreach, and early activation. Key to the success of this initiative is also the ability to bring urgency to the needed early investment while the high speed rail infrastructure is still being built.
